Erica Cerra (born October 31 1979) is a Canadian actress best recognized for her role as the character of Deputy Jo Lupo on the Syfy show Eureka. Cerra is from Italian descent as well as a native of Vancouver in British Columbia. From the age eight, she became enamored with acting and appeared on numerous commercials on television. Khondabi stated that Joey and her first met at Greenwood Christian School, and they were close friends for several years before starting dating when they were senior high school students.
